Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  5. Stir in bell pepper and broccoli.
  6. Pour in beef broth and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
