A simple one-pan keto ground beef dinner.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in bell pepper and broccoli.
- Pour in beef broth and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Notes
- You can substitute vegetables based on your preferences.
- Add cheese during the last few minutes of baking.
