- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add orzo pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
