  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, thawed hash browns, and chopped onion (if using).
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
