Ingredients

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Make the chimichurri sauce: combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
- Serve shrimp with chimichurri sauce.
