Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (2)
- Cream of chicken soup (1 can)
- Frozen mixed vegetables (1 bag)
- Cheddar cheese (shredded, 1 cup)
- Ritz crackers (crushed, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Pour cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
- Add frozen vegetables.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
