Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts (2)
  • Cream of chicken soup (1 can)
  • Frozen mixed vegetables (1 bag)
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded, 1 cup)
  • Ritz crackers (crushed, for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. Pour cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
  4. Add frozen vegetables.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  8. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
