Ingredients
- Cooked chicken, 2 cups
- Cooked rice, 2 cups
- Cream of mushroom soup, 1 can
- Chicken broth, 1 cup
- Frozen peas, 1 cup
- Onion, chopped, 1/2
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken, rice, soup, broth, peas, and onion.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
