Description

Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken, 2 cups
  • Cooked rice, 2 cups
  • Cream of mushroom soup, 1 can
  • Chicken broth, 1 cup
  • Frozen peas, 1 cup
  • Onion, chopped, 1/2
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, rice, soup, broth, peas, and onion.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through.
