- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/4 cup finely diced jalapeno, seeds removed
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the cilantro, red onion, and jalapeno.
- Add the cranberry sauce and lime juice. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, leave some seeds in the jalapeno.
- Adjust sweetness by using more or less cranberry sauce.
- Garnish with extra cilantro or a few whole cranberries.
