Description

A delicious and refreshing pasta salad.


Ingredients

  • Pasta: 1 pound
  • Cooked chicken: 2 cups, diced
  • Celery: 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Red onion: 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Grapes: 1 cup, halved
  • Walnuts: 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, celery, red onion, grapes, and walnuts.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can add other vegetables, like bell peppers.
  • Feel free to use different types of nuts.
