Description

A delicious and easy ground beef pasta dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
  2. Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then add pasta.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  6. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
