Description
A refreshing and easy dill pickle pasta salad.
Ingredients
- Pasta (8 ounces)
- Dill pickles (1 cup, chopped)
- Red onion (1/2 cup, diced)
- Cheddar cheese (1 cup, cubed)
- Ranch dressing (1/2 cup)
- Dill (2 tablespoons, fresh, chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Rinse pasta with cold water.
- In a bowl, combine pasta, pickles, red onion, and cheese.
- Add ranch dressing and dill.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well and chill.

- You can add cooked chicken or ham.
- Use your favorite type of pasta.
- Adjust the amount of dressing to your liking.
