Description

A fast and flavorful beef and broccoli stir-fry.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Cooked rice, for serving


Instructions

  1. Slice beef thinly.
  2. Cut broccoli into florets.
  3. Whisk soy sauce and cornstarch.
  4. Heat sesame oil in a pan.
  5. Stir-fry beef until browned.
  6. Add garlic and ginger.
  7. Add broccoli and cook until tender.
  8. Pour in sauce and water.
  9. Simmer until sauce thickens.
  10. Serve over rice.
