Description
A fast and flavorful beef and broccoli stir-fry.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Slice beef thinly.
- Cut broccoli into florets.
- Whisk soy sauce and cornstarch.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan.
- Stir-fry beef until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger.
- Add broccoli and cook until tender.
- Pour in sauce and water.
- Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice.

- Adjust sauce to your taste.
- Add other vegetables.
- Use different cuts of beef.
