Description

Ingredients

  • Chicken: 1.5 lbs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Butter: 4 tbsp
  • Onion: 1, chopped
  • Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree: 1 cup
  • Garam masala: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder: 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
  • Heavy cream: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: To taste
  • Cilantro: For garnish


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with salt and ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Melt butter in a pan. Sauté onions until golden.
  3. Add tomato puree, garam masala, turmeric, and chili powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Pour in heavy cream. Simmer until chicken is cooked.
  6. Garnish with cilantro. Serve hot.
