Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Shred the rotisserie chicken.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, parsley, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.

- You can add grapes or nuts.
- Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your liking.
