Description
Delicious stuffed shells with rotisserie chicken.
Ingredients

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 rotisserie chicken (cooked)
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Shred the rotisserie chicken.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the shredded chicken.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Fill each shell with the chicken mixture.
- Place filled shells in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining marinara sauce over shells.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- Use your favorite marinara sauce.
