Ingredients
- Salmon fillets: 2 (6-8 ounces each)
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

- Red bell pepper: 1/4 cup, finely diced

Instructions
- Prepare the mango salsa: Combine mango, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Season with salt. Set aside.
