A delicious and easy one-pan chicken dish with buttered noodles.

- Chicken tenders: 1 pound
- Egg noodles: 8 ounces
- Butter: 4 tablespoons
- Chicken broth: 1 cup
- Onion: 1 medium, chopped
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the egg noodles.
- Place chicken tenders on top of the noodles.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and noodles are tender.
- Melt remaining butter and pour over noodles.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like carrots or peas.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Serve immediately.
