Ingredients

  • Chicken tenders: 1 pound
  • Egg noodles: 8 ounces
  • Butter: 4 tablespoons
  • Chicken broth: 1 cup
  • Onion: 1 medium, chopped
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper: to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  3. Add the onion and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the egg noodles.
  7. Place chicken tenders on top of the noodles.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and noodles are tender.
  10. Melt remaining butter and pour over noodles.
