A delicious baked pasta dish with shrimp scampi flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice.
- Stir in butter. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss pasta with shrimp scampi sauce.
- Top with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley.
Notes
- You can use any type of pasta.
- Add red pepper flakes for heat.
- Use frozen shrimp to save time.
