Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice.
  5. Stir in butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss pasta with shrimp scampi sauce.
