Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- If using, prepare a graham cracker crust in a 6-inch pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the edges are set.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- For a water bath, wrap the pan in foil and place it in a larger pan with hot water.
- Adjust baking time based on your oven.
