- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
- Add sausage and cook until browned.
- Add onion and bell pepper; cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic, rice, and smoked paprika.
- Pour in chicken broth and season.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until rice is cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
