These Snickerdoodle Blondies combine the chewy goodness of blondies with the warm spice of snickerdoodles. A cinnamon-sugar swirl adds an extra layer of flavor and festive appeal, making them perfect for any occasion, especially holiday baking.

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.

- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
- Reserve about 1 cup of the blondie batter. Spread the remaining batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Dollop spoonfuls of the reserved batter over the top of the base batter. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top.
- Using a knife or skewer, gently swirl the cinnamon sugar and reserved batter into the base batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

- For extra cinnamon flavor, you can add an additional teaspoon of cinnamon to the blondie batter.
