Ingredients

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, unfold the puff pastry.
  4. Spread the spinach artichoke mixture evenly over the pastry.
  5. Roll the pastry up tightly.
  6. Cut the roll into 1-inch thick slices.
  7. Place the swirls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with egg wash.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
