Flaky Spinach Artichoke Swirls are perfect for any gathering. They’re easy to make and always a hit.
Ingredients

- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- On a lightly floured surface, unfold the puff pastry.
- Spread the spinach artichoke mixture evenly over the pastry.
- Roll the pastry up tightly.
- Cut the roll into 1-inch thick slices.
- Place the swirls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the filling.
- You can make these ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator before baking.
