Description

Easy spinach and artichoke wonton cups are a delicious and simple appetizer perfect for parties.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 can (13.75 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  3. Press one wonton wrapper into each cup of the muffin tin, forming a cup shape.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
  5. While the wonton cups are baking, combine the chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Mix until well combined.
  8. Once the wonton cups are baked and cooled slightly, spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into each cup.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese and sour cream.
  • These can be made ahead of time and reheated gently before serving.
