Ingredients
- Chicken thighs: 6, bone-in, skin-on
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken thighs, skin-side up.
- Cook for another 8-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, you can broil the chicken thighs for a minute or two after air frying.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of your chicken thighs.
