Description

A simple one-pot taco pasta recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups shell pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, cilantro


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and onion in a pot. Drain fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
  3. Bring to a boil, then add pasta.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked (about 15 minutes).
  5. Stir in cheese until melted.
  6. Serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by using mild, medium, or hot taco seasoning.
  • Add vegetables like bell peppers for extra flavor.
