Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pot.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  4. Stir in green curry paste.
