Description
Classic deviled eggs, perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings. Simple to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Drain eggs and immediately plunge into ice water to stop the cooking.
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Gently scoop out the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
- Arrange the egg white halves on a serving platter.
- Mash the egg yolks with a fork until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and white vinegar to the mashed yolks. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier filling, add a little extra mayonnaise.
- You can add chopped chives or bacon bits for extra flavor.
- Make the filling ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator.
