Easy and delicious high-protein garlic butter beef bites made in a slow cooker. Perfect for a healthy dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season beef cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef cubes until browned on all sides.
  3. Place seared beef in the slow cooker.
  4. Add minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until beef is tender.
  6. In the last 30 minutes, add butter. Stir until melted and combined.
  7. Serve hot.
