Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season beef cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef cubes until browned on all sides.
- Place seared beef in the slow cooker.
- Add minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until beef is tender.
- In the last 30 minutes, add butter. Stir until melted and combined.
- Serve hot.

- Serve with your favorite sides like rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
- For extra flavor, add a bay leaf during cooking.
